Attendance Regulation:



No student of any degree program shall be allowed to take the end semester examination in a subject if the student concerned has not attended minimum of 75% of the classes held in the subject concerned and also moot room exercises, tutorials and practical training conducted in the subject taken together.

Provide that if a student for any exceptional reasons fail to attend 75% of the classes held in any subject, the Principal of the college may allow the student to take examination if the student concerned attended atleast 65% of the classes held in the subject and attended 75% of classes in all subjects taken together. In such cases, the student concerned shall be declared non-collegiate, provided a list of such students allowed to take the examination with reasons to be recorded, be forwarded to B.C.I.

Note:-

The college follows the rules and regulations prescribed by the Gauhati University. The college also adheres to the guidelines and notification prescribed by the Gauhati University, Bar council of India and University Grants Commission whereever applicable. The rules and regulations prescribed by these bodies along with modifications into them from time to time will be applicable to this college and its students as if they have been adopted by this college.
